Epiphany of the Lord | Bulletin of January 04, 2026 Message from Msgr. Schwanger
My Dear Family of Our Lady of Lourdes,
Merry Christmas!
Epiphany is when we celebrate the gift of
Christmas, salvation sent by the Father to His people, being
opened up to the rest of the world. It turns out, we are all
His people and His love, His life is intended for us all!
Our Lady, at Lourdes, invites us all the whole world to come to her Son to find healing and life. In Him we are reconciled to God and to each other we become one. Lourdes is her work of love, and she draws us in so that it becomes our work of love as well. And so, we look ahead to the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes: the Festival from February 5th to 8th and the Healing Mass on February 11th. We open and close our celebrations with events that draw us together in Christ.
Carnival Central is open! This weekend begins our final preparations for a successful and grace-filled Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes. Please renew your dedication to selling raffle tickets. You can drop off the ones that you have sold and pick up more to sell at Carnival Central. You can also buy your unlimited ride bands and volunteer to help at the Festival at Carnival Central. Carnival Central is now the center of the Our Lady of Lourdes universe!
And Fr. Fredy is our fearless leader! Let us all follow his lead. There is still a lot of work to do. And for all the blessings that we have received, there are more to come!
